Sport 32x64 Full Color Display

Digiwest features a thin, lightweight, full color display with a structure in acrylic material. This display has the resolution of 32x64 LEDs, with a pitch of 10mm, which enabling an inceased visibility. The visual effect is of great impact thanks to its high-brightness RGB LEDs. This display can be operated from batteries being suitable to replace the mechanical devices of communication with the athletes and the public in events of athletics, namely in high jump, pole vault, jump vault, disc, weight and dart launches, among others.

GPS Reposter and Reporter Manager

Due to its constant effort to release new product, Digiwest had made recently available its new GPS Reportes for buses. This device allows to trigger an audio message, um mp3 format, when a geographic location is achieved. Besides, the device can be connected to an indoor LED display, further increasing the interanction with the bus passengers. The GPS reporter can be easily configured using the supplied GPS Reporter Manger Software also developed by Digiwest. As the remaining Digiwest products, it is a simpes and easy to use solution, always at a very competitive price.

More than one year ago, Digiwest initiated a partnership with Swiss company TAG Heuer, worldwide renown for manufacturing high quality chronometers and high precision sports timming products. This partnership resulted in the development and manufacture of the HL-950 LED display, featuring innovative technical characteristics, providing professional timekeepers with a reliable, modular and high-impact solution.

DVB-T probe front-end for Wavecom

Digiwest developed and produced for Wavecom, a Digital TV (DVB-T) front-end which allows the analisys of the received digital TV signal and measure various other quality parameters. This receiver has been integrated in the Digital TV probe Wavesys Sense, which is an innovative solution, fully developed in Portugal. This receiver is the heart of the 400 probes DVB-T to be installed by ANACOM to monitor in real time the Digital TV signal quality across the country.

SIMOVE Project

January 2014

The SIMOVE project, which aims to develop a platform for monitoring vehicle data successfully achieved the end of the development phase. This inovative system, allows the centralization of information sush as the on board vehicle diagnostics acquired directly from the vehicle central control unit, driving profile data and vehicle acceleration data. All this information can be used for various purposes including determination of driver profiles, preventive vehicle maintenance, and scientific accident analysis.


Arabic language support for LED display

September 2013

The Digiwest added to its already wide range of LED displays for buses, the possibility of show messages in Arabic language. This possibility was already available through the insertion of logos, but was now transformed into a native functionality that recognizes the particular characteristics of the Arabic alphabet, as ligatures and special characters. Once again, Digiwest widens its range of products in its quest to reach new markets.


Wireless DigiVote System

June 2013

Digiwest, development company of electronic systems, improved its product Digivote, who now works without the need for physical connection between voting modules. In addition it is possible to control the entire system via an external console (provided with the system) it is now also possible to conveniently control the entire voting system by means of a computer. To do this, simply connect the console to an external computer. With the provided DigiVote system software a controller can manage the entire system where the operator can start and finish a poll, access the number of votants, query specific information of each module of voting (such as level of battery and signal level), access to the poll results and save the results with a specific file name for later reference. The software is also composed of a window and have the basic commands which will allow to view the poll results, typically for use in projector to deliver information in real time.
